Late Post

2/23/2014

So for this day, I had some free time on my hands so I thought I'd spend it dolling myself up for no real occasion; just some quality time with my makeup! I was in the mood to rock something a little darker on the eyes and even added eyeliner onto my waterline, which is something I rarely do. I feel like I'm going through a little phase and have been sporting darker colours on my lids. I usually prefer lighter shades but it's been really fun changing things up. Change can be good!

Okay, so product-wise for this post, I'm just going to give you a quick overview. I can't remember all the products off the top of my head but I'll make notes for future posts - promise!

For foundation, I whipped out my MAC Matchmaster, which I love. It stays on all day and looks great!

On the eyes, I was testing out some of my UD Naked3 shades, and I feel like I may have added some from my UD Naked as well. This is a late post so I've kind of forgotten which colours I used exactly. Sorry! Anyways, for eyeliner, I've been loving my Stila Stay All Day Waterproof eyeliner. That stuff is amaaazing! On my waterline, I used my brown UD 24/7 glide on pencil and for mascara, I want to say I used my new L'Oreal Voluminous Butterfly mascara. Definitely been loving that stuff.

For brows, I did my typical everyday brows where I mixed buck with a deeper brown colour from a NYX brown eyes palette that I have.

For the rest of my face, I used: MAC Hey, Sailor! bronzer in Sun Dipped, Benefit's Watts Up! highlighter, I want to say Rimmel's Match Perfection Blush, and Rimmel's translucent powder to set it all!

Lastly, on my lips I'm just wearing my MAC lipstick in Syrup and then curled my hair!

This look isn't anything extremely crazy but I really liked it for that day. Made me feel all pretty and girly or the day - even if I did pair it with a t-shirt, hoodie, and leggings haha.

Anyways, so that's it! Next post will defs be more organized. I hadn't planned on starting a blog when I did this look so I didn't make note of the products. Hope you guys enjoyed it nonetheless. Until next time!
